About Me

I’m Rachael
Welcome to beyond the pond.

Coaching beyond your comfort zone…

I believe you have infinite potential, you deserve to live your best life and sometimes a little support is all you need to get from where you are to where you want to be.

I help women develop positive self-talk so they can communicate positively with themselves and live life on their terms. I also support parents, helping them develop effective communication strategies so they spend less time stressed and shouting, enjoy being with their children and can create time to remember who they are.

I work with people who want to make changes in their lives and create the future they are ready for.

My background in the Education sector and, indeed my own personal experiences, have highlighted the difficulties, unease and stresses we can encounter when faced with changes and challenges (even when these are positive things!) and the difference it makes having someone alongside you to provide guidance and encouragement rather than struggling, alone and unsupported.

I have invested in myself for many years and am an absolute advocate of self-development. It has provided life changing insights, experiences and opportunities, I could not have otherwise imagined.

I am passionate about the results my clients achieve and the sense of empowerment and purpose they feel as a result of our work together.

Being ready to make a change is the only step you need to take to begin coaching with me.

To see whether we can work together to help you unlock your potential, it’s important that you feel I am the right coach for you. If you want someone who will give you one hundred per cent commitment, who will challenge you to look at things from new perspectives and who will support you in your desire to effect change, you’ve got it!

During your Discovery call, you’ll get a sense of what coaching with me is like. We can get to know each other, can decide whether we’re a ‘good fit’ and discover how I can help.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
